Cap and sleeve corrugated boxes are designed for larger products and palletised loads that need a protective outer container during storage and transportation.
The packaging uses a corrugated sleeve with separate top and bottom caps, allowing the case to be assembled around the load and collapsed when empty.
Choose the corrugated board, dimensions and pallet format according to product weight, pallet footprint and expected handling conditions.

Size and shape options: These Sri Sai Pack double wall cap and sleeve loading cases with pallets are available in two sizes.
Materials: Each box is made from double wall top quality rigid flute corrugated board with a heavy Kraft paper outer finish. Outer B flute 3-6mm thick with a test lining; inner C flute,4-8mm thick with a test lining. The pallets comply with ISPM15 regulations for international export outside of the Indian Community.
Environmental information: Sri Sai Pack corrugated boxes are 100% recyclable and corrugated corrugated has the highest recycling rates of any packaging in the India. On average our boxes are made from 75% recycled fibres and the ‘recycling loop’is so efficient that used boxes can be recycled, remade and reused injust two weeks.
Delivery information: Delivered flat-packed in packs of 1, 5 or 10 for easy storage.
